Cool Cats Cafe

Just finished our dinner at Cool Cats. We had a Cuban and a Rueben sandwich…both were fresh and tasty. Service was prompt and very friendly! Will definitely come again!

I met two friends for lunch, and we enjoyed our meals very much! My grilled cheese sandwich was delicious! The atmosphere is comfortable. We didn’t feel rushed. Our waitress was pleasant. The owner politely checked with us a couple of times. But there was one thing missing - CATS, COOL CATS!! We chose the Cool Cats Cafe partly because of the name! I know that sounds a little crazy but it was a draw for us. There was nary a cat in sight (other than the one on the sign). We did see a little decorative rooster, but, no cats. We were confused and a little sad. So we gifted the owner two ceramic cats from Doug’s Family Pharmacy next door. When you go, and DO go, take a little cat with you to leave and add to the charm of the Cool Cats Cafe.

I miss this establishment offering more than just sandwiches; soups; and salads, but I'm glad another restaurant took over and they still offer ice cream. I enjoyed the buffalo chicken wrap. It was the right amount of heat for me, but probably others would wish it was spicier. Hoping to return sometime for ice cream.

Went for ice cream one night and dinner the next night! We had the Johnny Apple sandwich, BLT, and French Dip. All 3 were delicious and perfectly made! The cafe is clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly! Glad they moved in and can’t wait to try another sandwich!

These folks were super nice! I had a Reuben sandwich that rivaled the best I've ever had! (That's saying a lot, since I used to work in a Biltmore Estate restaurant that served what people frequently said was the best Reuben they ever had) My accomplice had the Orchard Salad that she said was quite good and very fresh. She ordered the large and it was a very generous portion. One might find the prices just a little more than you'd expect for a fairly casual cafe. However, I personally think it was well worth it for quality, fresh ingredients & kind owners! The menu has mainstays in addition to some curious choices you won't find at your local diner. They also have a full ice cream bar that we didn't try. They are a little light on decor, though I imagine that is due to them being a fairly new business. Regardless, I highly recommend trying them out!

This place is so cute! Cozy, laid back atmosphere, delicious foods, awesome service, great prices. We really loved the offering of both standard comfort foods and unique twists on those, like the salmon BLT on a croissant My daughter said the chili was the best she's ever had. And they have fun ice cream flavors, such as blueberry swirl or apple caramel! Definitely recommend, and will definitely be back.

Very nice experience wth people, food, atmosphere, and price. Unique menu and an ice cream shop. Definitely worth a stop.

Stopped here because I wanted something different. Ordered the Cuban and it was very good. Staff was very nice. I will gladly go back and have already recommended this place to others. Side note, the only negative reviews are based on some posting they think the owner left?? Why not give them the benefit of the doubt? Try the food and go in. Unless you believe everything on the internet???? And if you are suggesting another restaurant by name, I am guessing you have a side agenda.
